Accessibility Tree doesn't work

Description of the issue:

When inspecting a webpage, and opening the “Accessibility” tab, it’s blank.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to any web page (ex: https://duckduckgo.com
  2. Open Developer Tools
  3. Go to “Accessibility” tab - it can be found in the same tab menu as “Styles”.

Actual Result:
It’s a blank section.

Expected result:
Show the Accessibility Tree correctly (as it in Google Chrome)

Reproduces how often:

  • Always

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

  • macOS High Sierra 10.13.4
  • Brave Version 0.66.99 Chromium: 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
