Accept-Language header is always empty [macos]

Description of the issue:
Accept-Language header is always empty

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a site like google.com
  2. Click F12 e reload the page
  3. see the value of request header “Accept-Language”

Expected result:
the value of request header “Accept-Language” is empty

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.15.75 Chromium: 86.0.4240.99 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Additional Information:
Some websites, that use firewall like F5, block the request if the Accept-Language is empty

Might be that’s because you have no way to set its value to your liking?

The issue is solved after upgrating to 1.16
