About Uphold CDD Questions Issue

since i’m also one of the people that haven’t received January to February Rewards, I’ve asked to Uphold Support for this issue and their answer were:

CDD questions are not mandatory, but if you want to answer them you should see a banner asking you to complete them. If you do not see it, please make sure you´re using the latest version of the app. Also, could you please attempt the following troubleshooting steps and let us know if you keep having issues?

Troubleshooting steps:
-Confirm you are running the latest version of your browser: http://outdatedbrowser.com/en
-Clear your browser cookies: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data → Select Cookies and other website data
-Try to login again
-Try to log in on an Incognito Window
-Try using a different browser: http://outdatedbrowser.com/en
-Try to reset your internet connection on your computer and router/modem.

If on the mobile app:
-Delete Uphold app and reinstall it
-Reboot your phone
-Try using mobile data instead of wifi

I noticed Brave wasn’t displayed in that link. The latest version in Brave Release Notes provides this information.
