unfortunately the only answer that can be provided here is to instruct you to create a Rewards Support Ticket. Upon doing this, you should receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. Someone from Brave should then respond later, usually within 3-5 business days.
When you complete the ticket, please be sure to provide as many details as you can.
