I would really like to see an update whereby when I choose to save a new youtube link to my favorites, it does not put the number of new notifications into the shortcut name. I appreciate that this may be a feature of the chromium coding but if it can be stripped out then that would be awesome.
As an example I was saving a shortcut for a youtube channel to my favorites and had one new notification as I was saving the shortcut, so I had a (1) at the beginning of the channel name. This (1) was stored into the shortcut link name so the shortcut read “(1) ChannelName” instead of just “ChannelName”
While I also appreciate that the Brave background coding probably just strips the name header straight from the Youtube page, selectively stripping the (numberOfNotifications) at the beginning of the name-string would be fantastic.
