Brave should have option to open private tabs also, not just private window. For example I have tab where I’m logged in webshop admin side. And I want also have a tab which is in this webshop but not logged in. This is possible when admin-site is in private tab and normal webshop front end is open in normal tab.

I think he knows how to create a new Tab, I think he just wants the convenience of a Private Tab in a “Normal” Window, rather then a separate (Private) Window.
Which, I will vote for…
maybe a Control+Click shortcut on the Tab button would create a Private Tab (within a “Normal” Window)… that would be great!

Yea great idea, it is just very annoying to have separate window just for Private mode
I might encourage you to change the title of your suggestion to make it more clear, maybe something along the lines of:
“Ability to open Private Tabs in Regular Window (in place of opening Private Windows)”
Though I highly doubt it’s going to be possible, I’m sure this would take A LOT of coding to do it… I believe it’s via a New (Private) Window because it’s basically a separate coded app or profile hidden away until we initialize it… Again, I’m ALL for it though, just don’t want people to get their hopes up too much, bigger pressing/easier issues to deal with

THat my take is my you can only do it using context menu (right click menu).
Or it could be done with a keyboard short cut maybe.

It may not need to be private tabs. Even tabs which are isolated to each other could work. Then I can be logged in in another tab and other tab not logged.
But as always these suggestions will be ignored. This kind of suggestion has been years here already in another topic but nothing happens and never will be.
