Ability to download brave background images

Description of the issue:
Recent brave Version 1.19.86 comes with great background images. We’d love to download those images if that’s legal.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Open a new tab
  2. See the background images ( enable them if not enabled)
  3. Refresh the page to toggle new images
