A way to add a custom tip button

My idea is that there would be a way to add a tip button to our websites that open the rewards panel or the tipping banner.
The idea is that i make a website, and integrate this sort of a javascript that has a test if using brave browser, if not it would not show the tip button after it is added using that sort of a tip button.
