A site won't allow me using Shields. Any workaround? (other than turning ads on)

Site : Happypancake.se (Need to be logged in w free acc. to see the ads)

Not sure if any of this helps but maybe it’s telling you guys anything about how they catch the blocker.

I get a big red popup with something along the lines:
Turn of Adblocker to see this page

Is there a way to get rid of these ads?
