A problem with giving Gemini access to Brave Rewards

Briefly describe your issue:

After clicking on “Access” at Gemini page in order to see balance in the new tab page, I am redirected to brave://rewards/gemini/authorization where I get an error “Unfortunately your request has an problem.”
I have seen the balance before in the new tab page. Some update must have caused this error.
Also, I am logged in to Gemini successfully but the text at new tab page hints that I am not logged in.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Version 1.44.2 Chromium: 104.0.5112.57 (Official) nightly (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
