A few days ago, I got this email saying that my uphold account was not enabled to receive payments, which I do not understand because I have always used my uphold account with total normality, could someone help me?

@Leynerfagundez did you have a verified Uphold account? You need a verified Uphold account in order to receive the contribution.

Yes, if I have my uphold account verified (for more than 1 year that I use it constantly) although I do not know if the problem was that in my publisher account I had configured the BAT deposit preference, but in my uphold account I did not have any card activated to receive BAT, could that have been the problem? Anyway I changed the deposit preference from BAT to USD, but I need to know if that is enough to solve the problem.
