A button to enable payments

Hi!

I turned payments off for everything in the preferences because I want to be careful about which content gets rewarded. It would be great if I could turn on payments for a website without needing to navigate to the preferences and find the site there.

A button in the toolbar would be great!

You can click on the heart button on the URL bar after enabling payments. If its Yellow then its included

and if its grayed out then its excluded.
