A black bar appears at the top sometimes in Brave Android

Description of the issue:

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave Browser on a Xiaomi phone with MIUI.
  2. Keep browsing webpages.
  3. Sometimes a black bar appears at the top of the screen suddenly.
  4. There is no way to remove it, I could only close Brave, and open it again so it would disappear.
  5. The black bar still appears sometimes when I use Brave Android.

Expected result:
The black bar should never appear.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 1.21.74 Android

Mobile Device details
POCO M3 (Xiaomi M2010J19CG), Andorid 10 with MIUI 12.

Additional Information:
Kiwi browser also has the same issue.

Edit: Adblock Browser also has the same issue.

But all other Chromium browsers I have used do not have this issue.
