Hello, as mentioned in this topic (all details are there) : I lost all of my BATs after adding my Uphold wallet

I’ve lost all my bats after adding my verified Uphold wallet, unfortunately, I didn’t receive any help or my bats. Therefore I was wondering what’s going on and if someone is able to help me, please.

I have reached to 2 staff members but didn’t receive any answers, I know that they are busy but 6 weeks is a bit long.

Can you please check your uphold Account if any of the BAT is transferred there?
