@IvanMi - the referral program was closed for Russia based accounts in September. The final payout was made then. If you’ve had new referrals since, they will not be paid out. We announced this in June - https://brave.com/important-changes-to-the-brave-referral-program/.
For some reason, you did not pay out all tokens in September. I thought the others would come in October, but that didn’t happen. It’s the same in November. I stopped attracting referrals back in July 2020. So what are you refusing to pay the balance?
