32 bit or 64 bit on Win 7 desktop?

I’m using the 32 bit version for no particular reason.
Is there any good reason to switch to 64 bit?

Thank you.

This page has a decent run-down of the differences: https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/32-bit-vs-64-bit-operating-systems/

Is your OS at least the 64-bit flavor?

As an aside, do you have an option to upgrade to Windows 10? I would strongly recommend doing that if you can.
