Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) yes
What date did you verify your wallet? . 5th Jan 2022
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

I was doing this and lost over 279 BAT.

This happend to me aswell, but it was when I connected to Uphold wallet… That’s why I joined here.

Did you manage to retrieve it?
Subscribing to this as well. Half of my BAT transferred, but I’m still missing another half. When I check brave://rewards-internals/, it shows that the entire amount was sent over under the promotion_claimed event.
I also noticed when I linked a second computer to the same wallet, those token never transferred over.

Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
