Briefly describe your issue:
on linux brave browser 1.32.115 I can see 2 rewards arrived but when I click on “open” nothing happens.

Menu --> About Brave)?
Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
What date did you verify your wallet?
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
yes, not on this device
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
You should update your Brave Browser to the current version, which is 1.39.111. That is a very old browser version you are using if it is accurate and not a typo! There have been many updates and fixes to the Rewards process in the past several months. Your current Brave version may be the issue. You should also update your OS to the latest version too.
Please post an update after you have updated you Brave and OS versions! If you still have a problem, please post your Brave and OS versions found at brave://version and a screenshot of your Rewards panel. This will help other community members (like me ) and support staff troubleshoot the problem.

@g00z I was thinking claim button? But hopefully OP will post a screenshot. That is why I asked for a screenshot of the Rewards panel…

well, in the german translation that’s how it’s called guys.
I’m updating the system as the newest version available was not the one mentioned in the answers here. Will report back once this is done.
that’s what I don’t get to. before this opens you have the info that the rewards arrived and you have to click on what in the english version apparently is called “claim”

If the problem is still occurring after update, what happens when you click on the claim button? Nothing? Does it disappear? Does it go to the solve captcha prompt? In other words, can you please provide more information on what is happening when you try to claim your Rewards.
