First let me say I support what Brave is trying to do however if any software is detrimental to my system I will not use it. 2 issues I have with brave, of the 11 entries for Brave in task manager one of them is using over 200K of memory, the other reason, even when I close Brave down on the Desktop all the Brave entries in Task Manager stay loaded, using up resources even when it’s not in use. Why are these entries not closed when I exit Brave. If these issues can be fixed I will continue to use Brave, if not it’s gone.

Can you please tell me what OS you’re using?
First, please remember that each tab, component and extension runs as its own process which is why you have so many open. If a process is using up a lot of resources, it would be helpful to know exactly which process that is. You can find out by going to Menu —> More Tools --> Task manager, finding the process using the resources and double clicking it to find out which tab is causing the issue.
