2 months ago I have not received the deposits in my verified uphold account

Hi! the advertising profit for the April and May period was never deposited into my uphold account. All the 5 of each month I claim them but as the days go by they never reach my verified uphold wallet. What can happen? I have the updated browser, I already disconnected and reconnected the uphold wallet and it still continues in the same way.
