2.6 BAT was processing and now it disappeared

I got 2.6 BAT and when i claimed it showed processing for 2-3 days and today that notification has disappeared and BAT is not added in my balance. my account is not verified

Me has happened same. No claim option yesterday. A message said "you will income at 8th April, but today is 12th and all my pending bats has blow.
I don’t like always same problems when payout day. ALWAYS SAME EXCUSES!!
I have gemini logged and no transaction recived.
They have all moth to solve pays implementation but allways same delays and waste of time and bats. They are geting rich wiht this kk!!
