1.37.109 tab text is blank in dark mode

Description of the issue:
Dark mode shows no text on tabs except the active one
How can this issue be reproduced?

1.Use Browser
2.Open several tabs
3. Only tab in use shows text on tab

Expected result:
name of page should be displayed on tab

Example of issue. Only the tab that is active shows the text (in this case Brave Community is the tab that is active)

Thanks for the suggestion but I do not want to change the entire windows theme and look of every other program to resolve a bug in Brave’s latest release. Why has it started with just the latest version?

This is a bug that came with the latest update 1.37. There is no real solution to this issue apart from a workaround like the one on this post. There is another workaround seen on this post Tabs no longer show text description - #2 by CerealLover marbe it could be of some use to you.
