0 ads, 0 support

This the last time I’m trying to reach Brave support. I stopped receiving tab ads on September last year and notification ads about a month ago. I have Brave and Windows 11 newest version. I receive ads without any problem on a virtual machine with Windows 10, which I’ve recently installed for work…

I looked at your posts. The occasion when you filled in some info, as you attempted to follow the Report Template guidelines of the Report Editor:

0 sponsored images since November 2021

Brave Support will need to know software version numbers (not merely expressions such as ‘the latest’).

The latest Stable Release version:

Please confirm that you have updated your Brave Browser installation to that version number. Example confirmation:
